In addition to the fine watercolor paintings by Dale Russell Smith, the Gallery features the art of a number of other talented Western Colorado artists. Kurt Isgreen We are delighted to have recently added the watercolors of Kurt Isgreen to our gallery collection. Preferring to work plein-aire, Kurt travels frequently to paint the intimate and diverse landscapes of the American West. Laura Russell dyes and carves gourds into beautiful vases and bowls. The colors she uses reflect the hues of the high mountains and deserts of western Colorado. These intricately carved pieces would be at home with any interior decorating style. Larry Davidson has created whimsical, full-sized metal sculptures of herons and cranes, both of which feature prominently in our county's birding opportunities. Melody BellCampton creates one-of-a-kind jewelry from unique beads and stones. Her exquisitely fashioned bracelets, necklaces and earrings beautifully compliment classic clothing pieces. Deborah K. Snider focuses on complex floral art designs that she produces with archival colored markers. We are pleased to feature beautiful limited edition giclee prints of her original art work. Harold Snider produces unique unglazed fine art pottery that reflects the brilliant textures and colors of the American west. We are occasionally fortunate to feature hand crafted furniture pieces by Russell Quest and Matt Quest. The Quest brothers are fine cabinet makers in the tradition of their father, Ron Quest, who designed and fabricated the bar which is the center piece of our tasting room. Also featured is the fine art pottery of, amongst others, James Dewey, Rick Doerpholz and Melanie Doerpholz. |
